1. Go to www.craigslist.com
2. Choose a country/city to post your job posting. Notice the "int'l cities" list on the right side of the www.craigslist.com website
   I would personally recommend the Phillipines to find virtual assistant providers due to past great experiences I've had. Click on "Manila" in the list of "int'l cities". This will give all of the Phillipines access to your job posting, as many areas away from the city of Manila (such as the province areas) will look in the Manila craigslist for job openings
3. Once on the Manila page of craigslist, click on "Jobs" in the upper right hand area of the craigslist categories.
4. Once on the listings of jobs, see the "post" button in the top right corner of the site. Click on this 'post' button
5. agree to the terms of craigslist to proceed with your post
6. choose "customer service" as your job posting category from the list of available categories
7. You are now on a page where it asks you to fill in information about your posting. Instructions are below.
   

1. You should be on the job posting screen of craigslist, as was noted in the instructions above.
2. "Title" should say "virtual assistant: perfect english skills req, USA timezone, professional"
3. "specific location" should say "work from your location"
4. "compensation" should say "DOE after interview"
5. email address must be a valid email address to contact you
6. the craigslist defaults (you don't need to change any of the other areas) shoud be fine
